Lake County Custom Cabinets has a rich heritage rooted in craftsmanship and tradition. The company was originally established as O.H. Ewert in 1959 by Otto H. Ewert. After Otto’s passing in 1995, his stepson took over the operations, maintaining the company’s reputation for quality cabinet making. In February 2019, the business entered a new chapter when employee Tom Dahms purchased O.H. Ewert Inc. and transformed it into Lake Country Custom Cabinets, LLC. Tom brings over 38 years of experience in the cabinet making industry, ensuring that the legacy of exceptional workmanship continues under his leadership.
